Nutrirional value of the ingredients used in Gao Ji's soup

Soya beans, one of the ingredients used in the making of the soup, contains complete protein with all eight essential amino acids, phyto-estrogens (oestrogens),are rich in the best sort of fiber - soluble fiber and also a useful source of folate, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, iron, copper, phosphorous and manganese.
